From balanced Chardonnays to richly layered Cabernet Sauvignons, each wine has been expertly paired with a chef-curated course designed to highlight its unique depth and structure.

The 5-Course Pairing Menu:

  • First Course: Pan Seared Diver Scallops with Gran Marnier Buerre Blanc.
  • Pairing: Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley
  • Second Course: Oven Roasted Salmon with Cherry & Pinot reduction and parmesan risotto.
  • Pairing: Cakebread Two Creeks Pinot Noir, Anderson Valley
  • Third Course: Seared Tenderloin with Porcini Dust and mushroom mélange.
  • Pairing: Cakebread Merlot, Napa Valley
  • Main Course: Wagyu Char Sui with black garlic & miso pommes puree.
  • Pairing: Cakebread Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
  • Dessert Course: Honey Coated Panna Cotta with candied orange peels and crushed Pistachios.
  • Pairing: Taylor Fladgate Chip Dry White Port
